Smart AdServer acquires Bertelsmann subsidiary LiquidM
Eschborn/Nuremberg, January 2020 — Rödl & Partner has advised Smart AdServer (Smart), a portfolio company of Cathay Capital on the acquisition of the global demand side platform LiquidM.
