Menold Bezler advises LogBATT on Lagermax investment
Sazuburg/ Stuttgart/ Plochingen — Menold Bezler advised the shareholders and founders of LogBATT GmbH based in Plochingen in the context of a majority shareholding of Lagermax Group from Salzburg in LogBATT GmbH.
Founded in 2017 by Philipp Helmle and Eduard Schönmeier, LogBATT develops logistics solutions for lithium-ion batteries, especially in the automotive industry, and now employs around 35 people. The two founders continue to hold shares in the company and remain active in the management.
The owner-managed family company Lagermax is a provider of transport solutions. With over 60 locations in 14 European countries and around 3,800 employees, the Group is one of Austria’s largest companies for freight forwarding, car transport and logistics.
Menold Bezler advised the shareholders of LogBATT on the legal and tax aspects of the transaction.
