NRW.BANK is the promotional bank for North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). Its mission is to support its owner – the State of North Rhine-Westphalia – in the completion of its structural and economic policy tasks. In its three promotional fields “Economy”, “Housing” and “Infrastructure/Municipalities”, NRW.BANK uses a wide range of promotion tools – from low-interest promotional loans to equity financing and advisory services.
Its equity products are largely geared to the life cycle of companies: from the start-up phase through growth and succession to restructuring phases, it offers the appropriate financing solution in each case.
Services
The objective of the NRW.BANK division of equity finance is, among other things, to support the investment capital market of NRW and to improve the capital resources of the companies.
