(1) Tech­no­logy-orien­ted compa­nies, espe­ci­ally in the follo­wing areas: indus­try, auto­mo­tive, energy, digi­tal busi­ness, life scien­ces, private equity & services and consu­mer goods & retail. (2) In these areas they possess exten­sive project expe­ri­ence, inter­nal exper­tise for each sector, and respec­tive sub-pools and know-how clus­ters with expe­ri­en­ced inte­rim mana­gers. (3) Func­tions: gene­ral manage­ment, finance, control­ling, HR, marke­ting, purcha­sing, busi­ness deve­lo­p­ment and sales, in opera­tio­nal areas like project and programme manage­ment, change manage­ment, tempo­rary repla­ce­ment, trans­for­ma­tion manage­ment as well as super­vi­sory and advi­sory board manda­tes. (4) The client struc­ture conta­ins all sizes of compa­nies: start-ups, medium-sized busi­nesses, corpo­rate groups. 20% of the clients have their head­quar­ters in other Euro­pean count­ries. (5) The Manage­ment Angels consul­tants super­vise around 150 inte­rim projects a year with an average dura­tion of 6–9 months.
