
Heuking advises Buynomics on Series B in the amount of USD 30 million
Cologne — The Cologne-based pricing and revenue optimization startup Buynomics has closed a Series B financing round of 30 million US dollars. Participants in the Series B included the Swiss early-growth investor Forestay Capital, the Swiss investor Anais Ventures, VI Partners, Insight Partners, Seedcamp, DvH Ventures and Tomahawk. Buynomics was advisedon this transaction by HEUKING.
Insight Partners, La Famiglia, Seedcamp, DvH Ventures and Tomahawk had previously invested 13 million euros in the company.
Founded in 2018, Buynomics offers a commercial operating system that helps companies optimize their pricing, promotions and product portfolios by simulating the behavior of real shoppers. Customers include Danone, Unilever, L’Oréal and Vodafone. This enables companies to improve their sales, profitability and market position in real time across different regions and products. Buynomics is a clear leader in its field, with well-known customers in various industries and regions and one technology.
The capital provided by new and existing investors will be used to drive international expansion and accelerate the development of AI-based price optimization technology.
