Liberta Partners acquires majority stake in Avenir Group
Munich / Zurich — Liberta Partners, a Munich-based multi-family holding company, has acquired a majority stake in Avenir Group AG, a leading provider of HR outsourcing services and digital solutions headquartered in Switzerland. The partners and key executives have also invested significantly in the company. The transaction is an important milestone in Avenir Group’s growth strategy and enables both further geographic expansion and the strengthening of digital capabilities. Avenir Group was founded in 2005 and is today a trusted partner for companies with a wide range of HR outsourcing services, including assessment, training, consulting and other HR outsourcing solutions. With around 140 employees, Avenir serves small and medium-sized companies as well as large corporations. Together with the management, Liberta Partners will focus on the accelerated expansion and further development of Avenir Group’s digital “HR hub” platform. In addition, the company’s digital competencies will be further expanded to better support companies in optimizing and digitizing their HR processes. The partnership with Liberta Partners will enable the Avenir Group to tap into new market segments more quickly and drive forward its digital transformation. A central focus is on the development and integration of new software solutions and the expansion of strategic partnerships with leading HR software providers. In this way, the Group aims to broaden its service portfolio and strengthen customer loyalty. The Avenir Group is also planning to expand into the German and western Swiss markets.
