(1) Provi­ding support in contractual/conceptual and fund­rai­sing phase: prepa­ra­tion or provi­sion of contract docu­ments, gene­ral part­ner and trust compa­nies, opening of accounts, commer­cial regis­ter regis­tra­ti­ons, dispatch of subscrip­tion docu­ments, confir­ma­tion letters and evalua­tions, (2) orga­niza­tion, execu­tion and control of capi­tal calls; (3) profes­sio­nal master data main­ten­ance; (4) inves­tor rela­ti­ons: inves­tor support, answe­ring inqui­ries, infor­ma­tion letters; (5) current reporting/accounting: prepa­ra­tion and mailing of docu­ments, prepa­ra­tion of book-keeping, quar­terly finan­cial state­ments, as well as capi­tal accounts; (6) orga­niza­tion, execu­tion and control of distri­bu­ti­ons.
