Services
S&P specializes in acquisitions and sales of companies, corporate divestments, mergers and strategic alliances, MBOs and MBIs. S&P’s services are: Planning of the transactions, identification and contacts to potential acquirers and vendors, initiation and execution of the negotiations, integration of the companies. The remuneration of S&P’s services is normaly based on success fees and retainers.
