Adiuva Capi­tal is a Hamburg based small and mid-cap inves­tor inde­pen­dent of insti­tu­tio­nal inte­rests. We pursue an entre­pre­neu­rial and broad invest­ment approach with a focus on profi­ta­ble busi­ness models with growth pros­pects without limi­ta­tion to speci­fic indus­tries. We invest between 10 and 100 million euros in equity per tran­sac­tion; key prere­qui­site is a proven, sustainable busi­ness model. Our port­fo­lio compa­nies do not only bene­fit from our expe­ri­en­ced and commit­ted manage­ment and invest­ment team, but also from our outstan­ding network of highly quali­fied experts. The goal of all our invest­ments is to sustain­ably increase the value of the company.
