Munich/London — Salesfive GmbH, a subsidiary of AMIRA, has acquired fluent:cx UK. Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Salesfive Group, Europe’s largest Salesforce boutique partner, on the acquisition of fluent:cx UK.
fluent:cx UK is a Salesforce boutique partner with many years of experience in the implementation of digitization projects. The company supports its clients in translating their visions, goals and strategies into effective Salesforce solutions in the areas of marketing, sales and customer service.
This strategic acquisition represents an important milestone in Salesfive’s expansion strategy and complements Armira’s previous acquisition of a similar business in Germany, which was also advised by a Norton Rose Fulbright team in early 2024. The significant cross-border transaction also underlines Salesfive’s commitment to expanding its service offering and strengthening its presence in key markets such as the UK.
