Parsionate goes with Menold Bezler to Accenture
Stuttgart — Menold Bezler has advised several shareholders of the Stuttgart-based AI specialist Parsionate on the sale of their shares to the IT group Accenture.
Parsionate is a service provider in the field of master data management and data governance with offices in Germany and locations in the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland. The Parsionate Group’s consulting team, consisting of 130 employees, will become part of Accenture Technology’s Data & AI business unit in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The founders Thomas Sperrfechter and Michael Fieg will lead and further develop the portfolio for data architecture and management.
Accenture is a global consulting company with a focus on technologies such as cloud, data and artificial intelligence. 742,000 employees in more than 120 countries generated sales of USD 64 billion in 2023. The acquisition puts Accenture in an even better position to offer innovative data-driven solutions to clients in Europe.
Menold Bezler advised the shareholders of Parsionate on the legal and tax aspects of the sale.
