Project A and Oakley Capital invest in Windstar Medical
Berlin — SMP advised Berlin-based venture capitalist Project A on its investment in healthtech company Windstar Medical. Together with London-based private equity investor Oakley Capital, Project A invested in the Wertheim-based provider of healthcare products, whose mission is to develop companies and brands in the extended healthcare market and support them in their expansion. The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction. Comprehensive legal and tax advice was again provided to Project A by an SMP team. SMP has already supported the early-stage investor in a large number of investments in Germany and abroad and has launched three fund generations for him. Tim Schlösser and Malte Bergmann took the lead for this mandate.
