Waterland acquires majority in three IT and cloud specialists with Hengeler Mueller
Munich — Waterland Private Equity (“Waterland”) acquires majority stakes in the three IT service providers Beck et al, binary and direkt gruppe. The companies will be united in a new platform in the rapidly growing managed enterprise cloud market. In the future, the new group will offer a comprehensive range of end-to-end solutions in the areas of private cloud and public cloud in the DACH region and thus support companies in the digitization of business processes and on their way to the cloud. The sellers of the shares are the respective founders of the three companies, who will all remain on board in management positions and will take a significant stake in the new group of companies.
