Baufi24 acquires fintech company LoanLink
Hamburg — Baufi24 acquires the fintech company LoanLink. LoanLink GmbH, known for its CRM platform FinLink, will be integrated into the Baufi24 Group as a subsidiary in the course of this M&A transaction. The parties involved have agreed not to disclose further details of the deal. Through the acquisition, Baufi24, a mortgage broker that operates primarily locally, is expanding its digital customer advisory services and strengthening its position in the market. LoanLink is a Berlin-based fintech company that is particularly present on the market through its core product FinLink, a CRM platform for financial service providers. The software solution was launched in 2019 in the form of a platform and enables financial intermediaries to digitize their day-to-day work. LoanLink GmbH was founded in August 2017 by Başar Canıperk and Gernot Schusser.
