EOS Partners acquires majority stake in POOLAR-SERVER
Munich/ Berlin — The owner-managed investment company EOS Partners GmbH (“EOS”) has acquired a majority stake in POOLARSERVER GmbH (“POOLARSERVER”), a German provider of software solutions for the digital management of construction processes. The closing of the transaction took place in November 2022. POELLATH provided legal advice to EOS on the structuring and implementation of a management participation program as part of the transaction.
Founded in 2007 and based in Stuttgart, Germany, POOLARSERVER is a quality-leading cloud construction company that offers an intuitive, reliable and multi-functional cloud construction management platform that facilitates collaboration between all stakeholders involved in a construction project throughout the project lifecycle. The company has more than 550 customers and over 1,000 ongoing construction projects.
