GOF advises OPUS ONE on sale of shares to univativ
Munich — The law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised the shareholder and managing director of OPUS ONE Recruitment GmbH, Sascha Yassine, on the sale of a majority stake to the univativ Group.
OPUS ONE Recruitment GmbH, based in Munich, was founded in 2011. The company provides temporary and permanent staffing services for the banking industry, as well as in the areas of office, finance, tax, legal and IT. Sascha Yassine will remain with the company as managing director and will systematically develop the company together with the univativ Group.
The univativ Group, headquartered in Darmstadt, is one of the market-leading providers of specialized personnel services in the German-speaking region. The univativ Group was acquired by the Triton Smaller Mid-Cap Fund (TSM) in July 2017.
