Munich — The LifeFit Group has expanded its brand portfolio and acquired the FitnessLOFT Group.
FitnessLOFT is a leading operator of fitness studios in the Full Service Best Price (FSBP) segment and operates 27 studios in Bremen, Hamburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt with more than 65,000 members. Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised LifeFit Group on the acquisition of FitnessLOFT Group.
LifeFit Group is a leading fitness and health platform in Germany, combining several fitness brands from the boutique, premium and full service best price segments under one roof. Fitness First is the Group’s best-known brand.
