
SCHELL shareholders sell to PE Paragon Partners
Olpe/Munich — The investor Paragon Partners is acquiring the family-run Schell GmbH & Co. KG. — Completion of the transaction is still subject to approval by the relevant competition authorities and is expected to take place in May 2025. Oppenhoff advised the shareholders of Schell GmbH & Co KG on the transaction.
SCHELL GmbH & Co KG, headquartered in Olpe in the Sauerland region of Germany, is an international specialist for fittings, innovative sanitary technology products and digital solutions for maintaining drinking water quality. The company is the global market leader in the fields of water management systems and angle valves. SCHELL employs around 450 people and is active in over 80 countries. With its water-saving fittings and angle valves, SCHELL offers future-proof solutions for sustainable and resource-conserving water use.
