Munich/ Rödental — Active Capital Company (ACC) has acquired the shares in Werner Lieb GmbH & Co KG (LIEB). LIEB is a German mechanical engineering company and a specialist in the development and manufacture of automation solutions with a focus on the semiconductor industry. With this next platform investment, ACC is expanding its portfolio in Germany, benefiting from its implementation-oriented investment approach and many years of experience in mechanical engineering.
