Advent Portfolio Company Culligan International acquires Aqua Vital Group
Frankfurt a. M. / Neuss — The Frankfurt, Munich and U.S. offices of the international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP have advised Advent International and Culligan International on the acquisition of the Neuss-based Aqua Vital Group from Halder Beteiligungsberatung GmbH. Halder had acquired the stake in the leading German water dispenser supplier Aqua Vital in 2013. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
U.S.-based Culligan International is one of the world’s leading providers of water treatment solutions and a portfolio company of Advent International.
