PINOVA Capital sells Sill Optics to Deutsche Private Equity
Munich — PINOVA Capital has sold Sill Optics to Deutsche Private Equity. King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) advised funds managed by PINOVA Capital GmbH (PINOVA Capital) as well as other shareholders on the sale of all shares in Sill Optics Group (Sill Optics).
Sill Optics is a leading manufacturer of precision optics used in laser material processing, additive manufacturing, medical technology and accompanying chip manufacturing processes, among others. With around 250 employees, Sill Optics develops and manufactures in Wendelstein. PINOVA Capital acquired a majority stake in the company in 2019 and has since successfully developed it further.
